NOVALDEN TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of novalden.store and purchases from NOVALDEN. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information and for protecting your account credentials.

PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT
NOVALDEN products are produced on demand by third-party print and fulfillment providers. Product colors, positioning, and dimensions may vary slightly because of screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances. Size guides and product descriptions form part of the product information and should be reviewed before purchase.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors and may cancel an affected order with a full refund. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.

ORDERS
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory or production limitations, an incorrect listing, misuse of promotions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because products enter production quickly, change or cancellation requests are not guaranteed and can be accepted only before production begins. Review all selections and addresses carefully before checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass as permitted by applicable law. Customers must provide a complete, deliverable address and promptly report delivery issues. Additional details are in our Shipping Policy.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Eligibility and procedures are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NOVALDEN name, site content, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to NOVALDEN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse site content without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or violate another party’s rights.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, and other third parties may process parts of a transaction. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies. NOVALDEN is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law, but we will reasonably assist customers with eligible order issues.

DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be error-free. Product warranties are limited to those expressly stated and any warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVALDEN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. For claims arising from a purchase, NOVALDEN’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a different limit is required by law.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NOVALDEN against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which NOVALDEN operates, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
